Starting today, New York City health inspectors will be going door-to-door at local businesses enforcing the city’s new mask mandate.

First time violations can result in a $1,000 fine for the business owner.

Repeat violations and “egregious” violations can cost the business owner $5,000.

To be clear, the health inspectors do not need a search warrant to enter the businesses.

The owners can appeal the violations, but the process will be costly and they’ll likely lose in court.

There are days when I look at what’s going on in our country — like the Biden-Harris regime’s ongoing war against small businesses and individual liberties — and I can’t believe what I see.

Today is one of those days.
